ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS

First Funding Initiative

The Alliance will provide scholarships and grants to alumni after they have graduated from high school. This funding initiative is for alumni to pursue a career tech or college degree of any kind through alumni scholarships. In addition, the Alliance will provide an opportunity to apply for grants for equipment and supplies needed to go back to school. Scholarships and grants will be reviewed through a vetted and objective application process.

• Are you a graduate of Quinlan Ford or a former student who may have dropped out before graduation and 2-5-10-20-50 years after graduation, you decide to go back to school?

• Do you need equipment or supplies to further your education? For example a tool kit for aviation school or a certain type of computer? The Alliance will offer grants for supplemental materials to help you obtain your degree.

• Do you need an extra certification to advance your career?

• Are you an aide or paraprofessional who would like to pursue your teaching certification?

• Are you a teacher or administrator and would like to advance your career?
